Sanctuary - Refuge Denied (1987)

Damn pity that Sanctuary got to release only two albums, cause they were amazing. I like Nevermore too, but you can tell the difference. "Refuge Denied" was the first studio album of Sanctuary released in 1987. The songs in "Refuge Denied" don't seem to have so much political and social lyrics, as the next (and last) album of Sanctuary "Into the Mirror Black", and Nevermore's albums. In "Refuge Denied" there is a kick-ass cover of Jefferson Airplane's "White Rabbit". Loved the "Veil of Disguise".

Iced Earth - Festivals of the Wicked DVD (2009)

In fall (probably September) 2009 Iced Earth will release a new DVD called Festivals of the Wicked. As Jon Schaffer himself said the DVD will contain Iced Earth's shows in Wacken 2007, Rock Hard 2008, Metalcamp 2008 and there will be some behind-the-scenes extra, videos from Framing Armageddon and the Glorious Burden era. "It's something that the fans would not typically see. It's going to have a Ross Halfin photo gallery. Rudy De Doncker from Belgium, who's done a lot of photos of the band through the years — we're going to have his photo gallery there too.

AC/DC - European Tour 2009

AC/DC will tour all over Europe promoting their new album, Black Ice. After their Black Ice world tour in the USA, AC/DC will start their European tour which will last from the 18th of February 2009 until the 30th of June 2009.

New album release: Metallica - Death Magnetic No doubt Metallica know good thrash - history has proven so, no doubt Metallica know what the public wants and how to keep it pleased, and this quite sums up what we have to say about Death Magnetic. With this album Metallica came closer to what they unsuccesfully tried to accieve with St Anger: a come-back to the thrash metal scene and a re-connection with their thrash audience.

Black Sabbath, 23 June 2005, Sofia - Bulgaria

Really enjoyed the concert. Black Sabbath with Ozzy Osbourne, Iommi and the rest of the gang played their most famous songs in the full Sofia's stadium and not one fan was disappointed. Their perfomance was super supported by the bands of Velvet Revolver and Black Label Society. Well organized event, no problems with parking, food within the walking distance of 5 minutes and very cheap beer in the stadium during the concert. Great experience to see the legendary Black Sabbath live!
